I am using this installment of my practical legal advice column to advise you I will be part of the National Business Institute faculty on March 25, 2009 discussing LLC, C corp and S corp issues.

These checklists can help you and your clients think about the common issues and avoid the many vaguely written documents that routinely cross my desk. These poorly written documents typically result in additional monies spent correcting mistakes or litigating issues that were not addressed in the operating agreement or shareholders agreement.
