Roger A. Kirschenbaum

Roger Kirschenbaum obtained his undergraduate degree (B.A., 1978) from Brown University and has practiced law in Atlanta since 1981, following his graduation from the Emory University School of Law. In 1985 he received a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from Emory. He is admitted to practice before both the Georgia and New York Bars. Roger is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and serves on the Emory University Gift Planning Advisory Council. Roger is a public arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Roger has previously been a registered contract advisor with the National Basketball Players Association and NFL Players Association. His clients are mainly high net worth individuals and closely-held businesses.

His primary areas of practice include estate planning, probate and estate administration, general corporate and business law, and deferred compensation planning.
