Ron Gold is a trial lawyer who brings to the table a wealth of experience involving real estate disputes. Distinguishing Ron from most other trial lawyers is his earlier experience handling substantial real estate transactions and so Ron not only knows how to try a case, he understands his client's business. This gives Ron a unique ability to present his client's position with persuasive appeal enabling Ron to negotiate favorable settlements and when necessary, producing favorable results in court for his client.

In real estate litigation, Ron represents both individual and institutional principals, lenders, landlords and tenants in a variety of property disputes regularly involving multi-million dollar properties. Ron's experience covers a broad spectrum of real estate issues including conveyancing and title, lenders' security and creditors' rights, leasing, income taxes, use regulation and zoning, construction and development, environmental concerns, finance, transaction documentation and shared interests. He is on the approved attorneys list for Chicago Title Insurance Company, and is rated AV (highest possible) by Martindale-Hubbell.

Ron's twenty five (25) years of in-depth experience with commercial real estate disputes enables him to service each client's particular needs, from simple foreclosures to complex disputes regarding the rights and responsibilities involved with real estate and disputes over the business terms of a transaction. Because of his experience, Ron can see beyond the problems to the solutions required to bring about a sensible resolution of a dispute. His objectives are to contain costs and to serve his client's interest above all else.

Ron is of counsel to the law firm of Wagner, Johnston & Rosenthal and heads up the firm's real estate litigation department. He takes great pride in working with his staff to solve the difficult issues involved with real estate disputes.

Ron earned a BA degree magna cum laude from Saint John's University in Jamaica, New York and received his law degree in 1973 from Washington & Lee University. He was awarded the Silver Key for scholarly excellence and received a Merit Scholarship to attend Washington & Lee. He earned a Master of Law in Taxation, specializing in real estate and capital assets, from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ron is currently a member of the American, Georgia, Florida, and Atlanta Bar Associations and is active in both real estate and probate sections. Before beginning his civilian career, he served as a military trial attorney (Captain) in the U.S. Marine Corps. Ron makes his home in East Cobb County, where he lives with his wife and is active in the community.
