Brad received his undergraduate degree in History from Tulane University in 1993. Following his undergraduate studies, Brad attended the University of Georgia School of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree in 1996. Following law school and prior to joining Wagner, Johnston & Rosenthal, P.C., Brad worked for several general practice firms, where he handled a wide variety of litigation and business-related matters. Brad is a member of the Georgia and Illinois bars.

Currently, Brad's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, franchise law, and construction law.
