Our practice includes private debt and equity financing, venture capital financing and tax exempt issues. Our Firm has considerable experience in the private placement of securities, including the preparation of offering memoranda for real estate and other activities. In addition, we regularly represent our closely held and public clients in sophisticated commercial loan transactions, including subordinated debt issues, secured financings, asset based financings, and sale/leasebacks.
