Real Estate Litigation

Real Estate litigation entails the resolution of conflicts involving real estate and real estate related issues. This includes representation of owners, lenders, governmental agencies and finders who find they have to use either a lawsuit, an arbitration, mediation or contentious negotiations to vindicate their position in a real estate related matter. This includes disputes over real estate contracts, title, taxation, use regulation and zoning, entity ownership, nuisances, tort liability, construction and development, environmental concerns, financing and shared interests. In sum, a real estate litigator should be called upon when one has dispute related to real property.
